Sudipta leaves Telugu serial shoot midway, heads back to Kolkata

Actress Sudipta Chakraborty is back to Kolkata from Mumbai. In January, Sudipta had shifted base to Mumbai to shoot for the Telugu serial Nagin. The shoot had been taking place at Dadasaheb Phalke Chitranagari. However, the actress revealed that owing to accommodation difficulties and tight shooting schedules, she has had to come back
“I was kept in a hotel there and had asked them to provide me with a different accommodation.After living in a hotel for months, I fell severely sick and that’s when I decided to go back to Kolkata. Besides, there were issues with the schedule also,” she said adding that once these issues are sorted, she would go back to join the project.
The project, which was scheduled to go on on air on May 30 has been stalled for now. The actress, meanwhile, is working in a Bengali serial.
